Use this hands on activity for students to create their own cocoa breaths tool.
1.  Have students cut out the hot cocoa images.
2. Have them place the hot cocoa pieces on the top boxes.
3. As they pick each piece up have them breathe in.
4. As they put it down on the bottom squares breathe out.
5. Put all the pieces into an envelope that they can decorate with the characters from the book.
